We love what we do. Our services include professional photos, Aerial/ Drone work or free high quality imaging. No Junk Fees! We only get paid when we collect the rent. We coordinate repairs. We provide Owner Reports.
Property Management Services may include the following: Marketing, Showings, Screenings, Contracts, Payments, Reports, Inspections, Vendors (i.e., electrician, plumber), Tenant Move Ins/ Outs, Lease Renewals, etc.
*Site Management
Our team is comprised of licensed agents and also industry professionals who will take the utmost care to ensure your home is secure. We coordinate with your vendor for home services. We check on the house and provide you photos.
Going away? Need us to help manage a few tasks? We can check on your vacant property and coordinate with your vendors, etc. We offer Brief: Inspections/ Site Coordination.
*Tenant Placement
We are happy to do all the marketing, showings, applications, perform background checks, etc., to help find you a qualified tenant. We find the tenant and put together the paperwork after they have passed our credit background check.
We bring you the Qualified Tenant. Our team takes great pride in procuring you a qualified tenant(s). We will execute the upfront rental documents but then you will Self-Manage it.
